[ Core - Shortcuts Extension ]

In main menu "Edit > Smart > ..." you can find several useful commands with shortcuts.

Shortcuts
Alt+Q Toggle Inspector Lock
Alt+A Toggle Activate Selected Object
Alt+S Clear Selection (no selected objects)
Alt+C Clear Console
Alt+D Create Dummy (new empty GameObject)
Alt+X Show Scenes Dialog

Also in main menu "GameObject > UI > ..." you can find command to setup anchors around selected RectTransform - "Smart Anchors Around Object".
